Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
- Refunds and exchanges are given within 30 days of original order shipment date, accompanied by the packing slip and confirmation email.
- All refunds require that the item is new, unused and be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
- For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are exempted from refund or exchange. For more information pleases see the list detail.
- No refunds or exchanges on Sale and clearance items.
- No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.

Retail business hours is Monday to Friday from 11 am to 4 pm.
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays : closed.
- Please pack product in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of the packing slip along with your product. Please send the product via a method that can be tracked. We cannot process your return until your product has been received.
• Once your product has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Please note you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the item when sending by mail.
For return a damaged or defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Team will send you a return shipping slip or arrange for your item to be picked up from your address and returned back to our warehouse at no cost to you. Please pack the product in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. If you request a replacement on a damaged or defective item, we will send you a new one at no cost to you.
- Products purchased from other retail stores or different online store must be returned to the original place of purchase.
For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale.
These products include, but are not limited to:
- Breast pumps & accessories
- Bottles and Bottle nipples
- Nursing pads and Nursing accessories
- Pacifiers and Teethers
- Bath tubs & Bathing accessories
- Special Order Items
- Clearance items
All items labelled “clearance” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
Sale items such as Deal of the Day items, promotions (that are not clearance) and certain ‘in store specials’ are eligible for returns. Please contact your local store or customer service for clarification if you are unsure if a product is final sale or not.
*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer’s expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
